Payment Options
- We offer a 5% discount for comprehensive treatment fees paid in-full at the start of treatment.
- We offer several different types of payment plans to make it easier for families to pay for orthodontic treatment:
- Payment plans arranged directly with our office allow families to pay over the estimated length of treatment, ranging anywhere from 6 to 33 months.
- We also offer CareCredit Healthcare Financing, which allows families to make lower monthly payments extended for up to 60 months.
We accept payments in the form of cash, check, MasterCard and Visa credit cards or debit cards. We also offer online bill payment through Ortho Banc, and we can work with you to set up automatic withdrawals from the account of your choice.
Insurance
We will gladly accept and file any insurance. It is relatively simple to find out whether or not you have orthodontic coverage as part of your dental insurance plan. Simply call your insurance provider and ask if you have a benefit for orthodontic treatment. Please bring us your insurance information, and we’ll help with the rest of the process.
Employer Provided or Individual Medical Expense Accounts
We are familiar with most medical expense accounts and can help you make the most of this tax-related benefit. Orthodontic treatment is an ideal way to take advantage of this benefit since you can often plan ahead and set aside money for next year’s orthodontic treatment needs. We recommend that you find out when your deadline date is for allocating money for next year’s medical expenses, then discuss your or your family member’s future treatment needs and estimated fees with Dr. Ulrich at least a few weeks in advance of this deadline.
